There is a place called LASIKfirst in Southern California that does it for $299.00 an eye. Has anyone out there been to LASIKfirst before? I have heard that one of the biggest complaints people have about LASIKfirst was that there was a really long wait time in the waiting room. But does anyone have any information about the quality of their work.

What kind of questions should I ask them during the consultation? Is there a website to go to that lets you check to see if the doctor who will be doing it is certified and without any complaints on his record? Is LASIK scary since you have to be awake?

I would appreciate help from anyone who has had LASIK before and anyone else who has anything to contribute. Thanks in advance!

The doctor said she may not be able to wear contacts anymore. What the heck? That can’t have something to do with the climate right? You can wear them in CA but not in IN…?

uhm yeah i thought i’d like to mention i’m 14 so yeah itd be hard for me to find ways to talk to lawyers and you never know, some lawyers may ask for money for an appointment, i’m not really out in the world, i’m secluded to my room so all that stuff might be difficult for me, but its early in my story so i have time
